Since they started working together 10 years ago on the 125’ Brigantine Galaxy, Paul and Katie have built a reputation for professionalism and excellence, and are fondly known for their grace and humor.

Paul is a highly experienced Oceanmaster with a commercially endorsed RYA 200 Ton license which he has put to good use throughout the Caribbean since 1991. His love of the sea has its roots on the South coast of Wales where he was raised. Since early childhood he has enjoyed every aspect of the sea but especially fishing, diving, free diving, surfing and sailing.  With his highly personable nature he is always ready to share his knowledge of the marine, plant and animal kingdoms, turning even a simple walk or snorkel into an educational adventure for all ages!
 
Katie hails from Ireland, where hospitality is the way of life. She trained with private caterers and also in one of Northern Ireland’s top hotels where she mastered the finer points of cooking and presentation. After earning her degree in business and marketing Katie traveled to the Caribbean in 1996. She started working in the charter industry and quickly gained renown as an extraordinary chef who takes great pride in her work.

Paul and Katie are an enthusiastic and loving couple who work very well together. The right hosts can make all the difference on a yacht charter vacation, and this friendly and talented pair is generally considered one of the top crews in the Islands.
