BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival.

March 27th through to April 2nd 2006, are the dates of next years BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival.

Over the years this Regatta has grown from mainly local BVI based boats, to a fully International event with last years entries topping over 100 boats. These boats typically range from Laser dinghies all the way up to the latest state of the art race machines, such as Roy Disney's "Pyewacket." There are classes for all types of sailing craft including multihulls and bareboats.

Now expanded from the original 3 day race format, the week preceeding the "real" Regatta, sees the sailing festival race from Nanny Cay to North Sound, Virgin Gorda, enjoy a couple of days partying and sightseeing and then off to Nanny Cay again for the real action.
